Hello Sir / Ma’am,
My Self Deepak from Gurugram (Haryana).
I have ordered 1 hard disk from amazon and it was expected to e delivered by 10th Jun-22.
I received the delivery partner’s contact no. on 10th Jun but he has not responded to the calls the whole day and in the evening the order delivery got canceled and rescheduled for the next days.
But still, it is not out of delivery and has no visibility.
I am continuously calling amazon customer support since today morning and they are not providing any solution or any update about a delivery, only saying that the parcel will be delivered by 15th Jun-22.
I loosed a deal of 80k due to this.
Requesting you to please do the needful.
