I am due for Mr cash on July 24 – I emailed them and answered the text messages pleading to them to wait for my payment because I don’t have the money on hand to pay the 1st installment. I asked them that my payment will be delayed and I know that there will be the penalty. Still, they kept on texting me telling me to pay by 11AM – 1PM – 11PM. They are harassing me and threatening me that they will call my references – plead to them and told them that it is against the Data Privacy Act. I am having panicked attack already because of the threats and harassment as well as text blast that they are doing. Please help me regarding this matter. Thank you.
