My number 8087070727 has a postpaid connection. However I wanted to change to prepaid. I have visited the Vodafone gallery 4 times ( Aundh road Pune) and have raised a request, but in vain. Also I have made an effort to complain about the issue on 198 ten times.
Surprisingly there is no response from Vodafone on this issue. Instead there are about 20 to 30 calls from Vodafone customer care for due payment, but they are least interested in solving the problem.
In case my issue is not solved within 48 hrs I will be compelled to take strict action against Vodafone.
