Text of Complaint by Amit Nimje:

We have shipped the parcel via shiprocket using Xpressbees service on 3rd of jan 24 it was about to reach in 5-6 days but delivery got delayed to 12th Jan 24 and after that No updates either on their portal and neither they receive the call from us. This is hampering our brand as our customer are getting frustrated due to the shipping service. they don’t have any accountability for the courier to be shipped to end location. This is the case of harassment.
