Text of Complaint by Sai kumar:

I had borrowed money from the app in October with 3 months of time untill January. Meanwhile i had lost my job and was not able to pay the amount and they failed to remind me/intimate me about the payment. Then came the second wave and still no sign from them and my situation was getting worse in all aspects financially mentally and i had been a victim of covid -19 . From the past two weeks they are asking me to pay almost 3times the money I borrowed. I contacted them and tried to convince them I would pay the principle amount along with the principle intrest and requested them to spare the penalties which were extremely high. They aren’t convinced even though I agreed to pay the promised amount excluding the penalty. They are calling me daily,harassing me and threatening me to defame as a loan defaulter though am ready to pay. Please help me through the issue
