I am a student who took a ₹4,000 loan from the StuCred app. Due to a recent accident, my repayment was delayed. For the past two months, I have been actively trying to repay the original principal amount of ₹4,000, but the StuCred team refuses to accept it and is demanding inflated penalty charges that I cannot afford. Furthermore, their recovery agents are illegally harassing me. They are sending spam messages, making continuous calls, and threatening to send my private KYC video to my family, friends, and everyone on my contact list. This is a direct violation of RBI guidelines regarding digital lending and fair recovery practices. I am ready to pay the principal amount immediately to close the loan and request immediate intervention to stop this severe harassment.
