On 13th Jan, I stayed at Holiday Inn and during my breakfast on 14th, a prepaid booking was made by mistake and I immediately informed the hotel and Agoda and requested them for cancellation, both agreed for full refund as I requested them within 10 minutes of booking. They gave me assurance and I confirmed with them atleast 5 times before my check out. Agoda asked me to wait for 24-48 hours and after two days, the hotel denied for the refund and forfeited my money. Their staff started lying to me and did not process my refund. They also harassed me and talked to me rudely. I have the name of the staff and multiple conversations screenshot with them. I want my money back and they should learn their lesson that if consumer is polite, that doesn’t mean they can say anything or do anything to them.
