I purchased Bleu De Chanel EDT 100ml Tester for Rs3850/ on 26th of July vide order id #16087 from their website snapperfumes.in . A prepaid order . They sent me a fake product. I talked with customer care executive and tried to convince them repeatedly. Finally they picked up the product and it reached to them a month ago. They said it would be replaced with original one. It has been almost 2 months since I paid for the same. Now for 3/4 days they are telling that it is not available with them, fresh stocks didn’t arrive and they will refund my money. But didn’t refund my money till today.

I’m tremendously harassed and badly treated. Everyday I contact with them no of times but they didn’t answer my phone calls or cut off the calls, no answer in WhatsApp Messenger also. Silent.

I want to get my money back.
