Dear Sir,
I am getting harassed by representatives of BP securities LTD regarding the loan repayment. They are giving threatening calls and so breaching privacy by accessing call logs from phone. Giving calls to number from contact lists and using abusive language for talking. Breach of privacy like this is totally illegal. Behaviour is very bad , they don’t want to talk respectfully while dealing. Always asking for repayment 4days before due date while taking interest for the full term. Using unnecessary charges for the loan amount also which are not justifiable anywhere according to law. Please look into the same and resolve as this is a serious concern.
