I AM OK WITH THE BEHAVIOUR OF GENERAL STAFFS OF NAVI BUT COLLECTION DEPARTMENT IS VERY RUDE. THEY ARE PUTTING WORDS IN OUR MOUTHS AND PUTTING PRESSURE TO A LEVEL THAT COLLECTION AND RECOVERY AGENTS CALL @6 -6.30 PM ALSO TO PRESSURISE ON COLLECTION. THEY ARE NOT ABUSIVE BUT THREATING. SUCH IS THE CLEVERNESS OF THIS AGENTS THAT THEY ARE NOW USING WHATASPP CALLS TO HARASS THE CUSTOMER SO THAT THEIR CALLS ARE NOT RECORDED
