Text of Complaint by Abhishek Srivastava:

This is am matter of Abuse/harassment and Misbehave by collection department of Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card.

The incident is of date date 31-Jul-2019, 18:10 PM, I got a call from the agent of Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card Collection Department to clear my dues immediately, although my due date is 10-Aug-2019. My dues was of only Rs.11000.00 which I was about to pay before due date max by 1-Aug-19.

Because, this person keep calling me from 30-Jul-19 and I responded him that I’ll clear my dues asap I get my salary. But on 31-Aug-2019 at 6:10 PM, he again called me and speak very rudely and it was so annoying after listening him for sometime, I also responded him strongly and then whatever happened was unbelievable and unacceptable.
That person Started Abusing me with unacceptable words and he literally keep abusing me for 3 to 5 minutes and started threatening me and for my family saying he will give alots of trouble to me and my family. It was so scary time as he was keep abusing me and harassing me till 5 minutes.

Then I cut his phone and called Kotak Mahindra Bank Saket Branch’s Branch Manager. After listening my concern, he gave me customer care number where I called and reported my complaint. As per the executive, he reported my complaint and I’ll get confirmation message or mail of this complaint but, I still have not received any correspondence yet.

This is a matter of Abuse, Harassment and Threatening and I dont want to continue any relationship with any unit of Kotak Mahindra Bank company and there is one policy of my little son is going on which I want to withdraw so that I can take the child plan from some other bank.

And I want justice and strict action on such Bank and Bank’s department who enrol these kind of agencies and loos talk people.

I condemn this bank and their behaviour and service are so so bad. We are not here to listen Abuse and getting harass with Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Ph Number from where I was getting call is 9643534238 but later when I called on the same number, person started saying that I am not that person who called you but he was same person
