I placed my order on swiggy and after placing the order I waited for the time which was being displayed on the app for my order to come. But after waiting for my order the delivery did not delivered my food and shoes that the food was delivered.
Further on reaching to customer support i was told sorry and was informed about my refund amount.
No other action was taken.
The talk was not about the money but it was about the time which was wasted and the harassment which was caused.
