NBFC Credit loan application app by the name Creditt is harassing the contact list and are sharing my personal details and shouting at my contacts which has not been shared by me.

Hello,
I was also going to take a loan from this Creditt+ app but before that I felt maybe I should check the internet in case they are also a scam like other apps. The UI seemed legit and in permissions also, they are only taking camera and location permission so how did they access your contacts?
Or did they change their permissions after all these reports?
While applying for the loan, we have to give 10 reference contacts. So are they harassing only those 10 people, or do they have access to the remaining complete contact list?
