Swiggy mart delivered the icecream of which packaging was leaking and when sent pictures to customer care they harassed me for an hour for my refund. They clearly refused to refund and disregard the pictures sent my me. This is not the kind of service i expect. They later refunded the money but the whole experience of torturing me over the chat was taxing
