The service is pathetic.
It’s been a month I raised a request for a product not delivered, but no action was taken. Someone called and said wait for 48 hrs but it’s been a month since then. When I tried to contact pepper fry, I raised 4 chats since morning and every one said wait till EOD and the case manager will call you. But there was no call till 7.
There was no SURVEY sent after the chat.
When the case manager called, he agreed that the case was assigned to him since 11th Feb but no action was taken.
And when I asked further, he started IMITATING and making FUN and DISCONNECTED THE CALL.
This is beyond pathetic that they don’t care about customers!!
1. The placed order did not deliver and it’s been many days and post delivery date as well. Order id: 308754163
2. Return/Refund of order 308611027, Defected product ( Product: Padmini Lava Heater) is still not processed.
Escalate it at the earliest and there should be VERBAL and WRITTEN APOLOGY BY THE CASE MANAGER, ALONG WITH NECESSARY ACTION PLAN.
