My card number ending with 2835..bank side they pressures me and given settlement at 137000rs ..in this payment I paid 40000rs and remaining amount due to my situations and family problems it’s taken some delay ..so I got a call from some bank person he talking very personally and very bad language and he talking about my family and my professional life and my hole life..I am very facing issue with him ..and he said u can go and give police complain like that and he ping me like you can’t do any thing like that he is talking ..and he threatened me like your job gone you family gone your life gone bcz of one lac he told me like that ..can you pls take action on him pls I will attach the all chat screenshots..pls go through and take serious action on him pls .pls tell your bank employees don’t behave like that to customers..bcz of this so many customer are died BCS of this person’s ..pls raise a complain against himm and also I will raise the complaint again him and bank to RBI ..ALREDY RBI send so many messages like don’t pressure
