Hello, myself Parabhjot kaur, I worked for Viz technology which is a home based work. I applied for online jobs through quiker and i got a call from this company named Viz Technology, asked me if i am interested in the job of form filling. After which a verification call come in which they did not tell me about the terms and conditions of the agreement. Thay make a digital agreement with me. I completed my work and submitted it on time. After 2days a got a call from company by janvi gupta. She said i have very minor mistakes in my work so company wants to give me a rechance for that i have to pay rs6500. As i paid they called me again and said i have multiple logins, which is totally wrong. They said me to pay more amount of 3500 for the same. As i refused to pay, their advocate Nilesh Sharma mailed me and said they charged me under section 73, 74, 75 of indian cintract act. Now they are keep calling me and saying to pay the amount and they are also saying that they filed a case agianst me.
Sir please help me
