I HAVE TAKEN AN EMI LOAN FROM DHANI ONE FREEDOM CARD. I HAVE FAILED TO PAY THE TWO MONTHS EMI FOR MY BAD FINANCIAL CONDITION. MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER WAS OFF BECAUSE I WAS UNABLE TO DO RECHARGE ON THAT NUMBER, SO DHANI WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT WITH ME. THE LOAN RECOVERY AGENT WENT TO MY HOUSE. MY FATHER TOLD HIM WE WILL PAY THE LOAN BUT WE NEED SOME TIME TO PAY BECAUSE OUR FINANCIAL SITUATION IS VERY BAD. AT THIS TIME I WAS NOT AT HOME BECAUSE I AM NOW IN HYDERABAD AND PURSUING MY GRADUATION. MY FATHER CALLED ME AND TOLD THE MATTER. AFTER THAT I HAVE CALLED THE AGENT AND REQUEST FOR SOME TIME. THEY GAVE ME THREE DAYS BUT I FAILED TO PAY. THEN I HAVE TOLD THEM I NEED TIME TO PAY AND I AM READY TO PAY THE INTEREST. STILL THE RECOVERY AGENT IS HARASSING MY FATHER AND GIVING THREAT TO GET PAYMENT. HE CALLED MY FATHER AT NIGHT 10.00 PM. THE RECOVERY AGENT NAME- SUBHAM SHIKDAR (KHARAGPUR, WEST BENGAL) MOBILE NUMBER- 7001362326 I AM REQUESTING YOU TO HELP ME ON THIS MATTER.
