I have availed the loan of Rs.15K from Mpokket. Due to the family problems couldn’t able to clear the loan. I asked Mpokket representative and sent email 3 months before to settle the loan. I’m ready to settle the loan amount by arranging of 10K which I have taken. I already paid 5k from total outstanding amount. Also i have asked for penalty waiver but they are not ready to give penalty waiver and now they are asking me to pay 19K. I still did not arrange money and struggling to survive on daily basis. And today i got a msg with my photo and they wrote there this man has taken loan from Mpocket and didn’t pay the amount. I realy disappointed from good nbfc company to do this type of behave. But with this harassment I cant survive also. Please help me to settle the amount or help with penalty waiver. If the problem will not shootout then I will complain to RBI portal.
