This is not my first that I borrow to them but in my 4th reloan which I borrowed 7k and they only give me 4,150. I consider that since I badly need that money to buy medicine and pay bills. When I overdue 1 day, that’s the first time they pressure me to pay immediately because of the overdue balance for 1 day and the agent called and told me if I never pay before 1pm they addressed it to my working place. They force me to pay but I told them that I don’t have enough money to pay them and the agent got angry and he told me that that’s not his problem. They even contact my relatives, friends and workmates that I have in my contact lists. Nagtaka po ako kung bakit nacontact nila halos lahat ng meron sa contact lists ko na hindi ko naman binigay sa kanila yung mga numbers. They even called my military father that I have overdue debt and my father ask them that where is their located and office site and the agent hangup the phone immediately. Also, one of my friend went to her friend who was an Attorney and ask for help and the Attorney told her that the legal lending should offer 1 month before they ask or remind the consumer to pay there debts. Lending should not offer 7-12 days because that’s illegal and thats what they calleds “LOAN SHARKS”. The attorney even said that how much is the capital or the money you received to them yan lang po daw yung babayaran.
There are more Loan Sharks that scattered everywhere and their agents are don’t have mercy and they attacked you by flooding messages and calls, they also threat you that if you don’t pay before the day ends they will posts your face to the social media and spread that with the caption “SCAMMER/MAGNANAKAW NG PERA” together with your pictures and IDs that you send to them.
I just want them to STOP what they’re doing and called the relatives that’s not involve in the business.
