- I received a call from a company named Resume Filling with saying that they provide home based data entry work and the work needs to be done within 7days. And shared a website link to me and told me to digitally song on that. And also told me that sign on this site within 2 Minutes and then share Front and Back side photo of “Aadhar Card” And I did the same. Then I started doing work but there was no proper function to submit their work on their website. So I submitted the same query with their Technical Department via call and share the problem videos. Then I received call another day by saying that “If you don’t want to do the work then you can leave the work” So I left the work. But after 7 Days I received a call and message from “QP-LEGALD” by saying that “Your Legal Case Is Going On And Kindly hire a lawyer and go for further process. We Resume Filling are going with Legal proceedings under section 73, 74, 75 In the Indian contract act 1872”. And they are calling me again and again with different numbers and saying to pay the amount. And they and harassing and pressuring me again and again to pay. Please help me Sir/Ma’am

Hey don’t be in panic. They are just fraudsters from Gujarat playing scam with individuals. Don’t reply them block them from all social medias. Don’t come in their words about legal notice or police complaint (all are fakes).
Block them from all media, numbers
Don’t reply them, their agreement is based on fraud purposes.
Hi What happened after that, I am also the victim, they are harrassing me too for the same. Did u get any legal notice from them, please tell us.

hi im also facing the same issue.. my friend and i worked for this company now they are threatening us both to pay 5000+900 gst charges. They have sent us a mail saying we have your aadhar card and pan card now your cibil score will be reduced and they said we will affect your banking transaction. What do we do ? They are like they will take legal action and send legal notices to my home.. Please do help me out to come out of this situation.
