I stared the project work of 800 forms on 11-7-2019 in Metrosis Enterprise. I was working smoothly until my internet was shut down due to network issues. I couldn’t log out due to that. The second time I tried login, it was showing that the account has been blocked due to multiple login. I dropped an email immediately and called in the morning in their customer care. The person who I was talking was very rude and disrespectful and asking me 7999 rupees for server maintenance charge or 4999 rupees for deactivation of the account or they’ll take legal action against me and file a complaint in Rajkot court. Now what should I do. Please help me resolve this issue. I have nowhere to go.
