Text of Complaint by Raj kumar:

I purchased a ac from flipcart which was deliver me on 13june2021 and installation date was 14june2021, on first visit of installation they denied to drill in wooden part by their installer, and they said consumer have to be drill in their wooden part and leave my house without installation and said we will come tomorrow on 15june when wooden part will be drilled. I my self drill in wooden part and call to flipcart for installation next day on 15june 2021 but they extend installation date to 18june . I waited to 18june and call again for my installation but they again extend my installation date. Flipcar consumer care is not taking seriously and they are not giving excatly any date. This is so harassment to me. I was mentally tortured by flipcart company and by their team. Flipcart thinks their consumer are fools. And I feel like I am a fool. Flipcart should have shame on their company and their team for. There should some terms and conditions also infavour of consumer so we can take some advantages of this type of company. There is limit of harassed but flipcart is getting worse in doing harassment with their consumer.
