Dear Sir,
My five numbers are currently running in Vodafone. 7 months ago I transferred my all numbers from Airtel to Vodafone due to there poor customer services. After about 2 months all our numbers were suddenly closed in the morning because they said that we have to give them some money due to previous out standings.
We gave them all their money and showed the receipt at their Airtel outlet, after that we also showed it at Vodafone outlet and our numbers were operational.
The same process happened again after one and a half months and we also submitted other bills vide e receipt no.

and shown them in their outlets and again our numbers were operational.
Priorly on November 15, 2020 on festival day again my two numbers 9958655855 and 9560004425 were closed and inactive in the morning and we were told that you have not deposited the money there while we have shown the e-receipts to them at both the outlets. Our numbers are being closed, and showing inactive and they are telling us that Airtel people have got these numbers barred because you have not deposited the money, this is a way of misusing the power. Till date I have not received any call that you have to deposit so much payment and suddenly my phone is locked, who will compensate for this loss. This is the monopoly of Airtel and Vodafone and their hooliganism is to disturb and harassment the customer, again same incident happened in the night of 23rd Nov’20 and as on 26th Nov’20 my both numbers are still inactive, so you are requested to take strict action against them.
