I received a set of kurta, pajama and a waistcoat on June 14 that I ordered for my father and he said it does not fit so I went back to the app to try to return the item but I realized that the product has not been marked delivered yet so I saw an option to cancel the order and I ended up canceling it. All of that happened on the same day when I received the order that was Jun14. I’ve been calling Flipkart ever since then to resolve this issue, I was asked to send the photos of the item and the bill which I’ve sent almost 2 weeks ago but yet nothing happened and nobody at Flipkart is helping me. I sent few emails to the Grievance team but they didn’t help me either. All I’ve been trying to do is to return the item but now since I feel like I’m being harassed by Flipkart for almost last 1 month I ndeed compensation.
