As am using fixed line briadband ….and recharged 6 month pack….after 6 months when my pack validity over …..they barred my service …in which again i rechaged for 6 month….after that when my validity over ..they continue my plan without my consent …i am prepaid useronce my validity over they have to stop the services as per the rule but they didnt they change my bill plan on montly with most ecpwnsive plan without my consent and give services for 3 month not they barred my cionction and demand money and hooliginasin me to pay outstanding .there is no call from customer support to tell me they give extra month which they charge evn i dont know when will be my plan expire …..i put my trust in airtel but they betrayed my trust…..fraudster ..
