Text of Complaint by AYMAN DRABU:

I had booked my flight from Delhi to Srinagar on eighth May from HappyFares. It was a go airline which due to operational reasons have stopped their operations as per the GoAir customer care. Happy fare has to fill the form called NCLT which is a government body and that is dealing with all the refunds. Since HappyFares has to fill this form, they have not responded to any of the emails. I have a refund of 6500 approximately.
