I booked a refundable flight ticket from HappyEasyGo website from a return trip of Hyderabad to bombay.
Due to some change in plans I called their customer care and cancelled the tickets as their app was not working.
Then I started requesting for refund as the tickets were refundable. Everytime I called, got a different excuse. I reached out to them via twitter and had to do a long follow up but to no avail.
They gave multiple excuses not of which were valid like :
– The transaction never happened, I shared ticket and order details with them.
– The tickets were still not cancelled when I clearly called and cancelled them.
– That the flight tickets are not refunded because it was a no show which is incorrect.
– That I need to reach to airline and ask money from them. Initally I contacted airline and they told me to contact with portal.
Its been a long time following up with them and want justice.
