I had booked ticket from Pune to Nagpur for the travel date of 19th September 2022. My boarding point was Anand Path Travels at 3.25 PM.
My seat was for my father, senior citizen , lower birth single seat (21L).
At 2.38 PM, Hans Travels called me to tell that the Bus is cancelled and told, if you want you will have to travel in a shared seat.
The Alternate bus didn’t arrive till 7.44 PM.
I had to book ticket in alternate bus.
When I raised a complaint to RedBus, they closed the complaint without any consolation with the customer.
All I expect is a refund of my Ticket Fare which is Rs.1389.
