Text of Complaint by Karthik:

The cabin baggage which I bought is the worst, the handle has no lock or anything, It is coming out without even touching the handle. When I try to move the handle, the handle mostly tries to bend rather than move the bag forward. When I took this to the offline store, They suggested that it is the issue with the handle and to raise a request in the online forum to claim the warranty as the warranty is for 5 years. I have raised the request through email, it’s been more than 15 days since I raised the request, they are not even responding to the emails and when I call their customer service they keep on saying that I will get a reply within 48 hours but they are not even responding.The issue is clearly with the handle and the offline store person also confirmed that it is an issue from the bag side itself and it will be definitely claimed under warranty. I have also attached the video of the same to customer care still no response. The ticket number which I have received for raising the issue with safari is 120962
