Its been 18 days since my fridge stopped working. We contacted the haier customer care. A technician came, took the photo of the invoice and never came back. We called again. Another technician came and went back saying we need to wait 3 to 4 days. He never came back too. We called again and one more different technician came. He charged rs2600 and “repaired” the fridge and went back. Turns out the fridge still did not work. We called again and the same thing was repeated. We were asked to wait for 3 to 4 days again. Everytime we call haier fails to provide any service and only ask us to wait. No technician could repair it and they dont even come back as said. We have suffered lots and lots of food wastage in this hot summer. I just want my fridge repaired now. I am so done with their service.
