I am very much disappointed in haier services, we bought DC inverter Air Conditioner on February 9th 2023. Till now within the span of 4 months we had several incidents of trouble, we registered complaint as many as more than 5 times for the repair, I don’t think this is good, newly bought AC that is this problematic. Even after registering complaint the staff/team won’t even call me for atleast a week, it takes even more time for them to figure out the problem let aLoan repair it. I am mentioning the details please check the history of complaints and repair. This is unacceptable for my family right now in warranty I am not able to get this repaired then what about when the Warranty ends? I kindly request you please help me in this regard. Thank you
