Text of Complaint by Sanyam:

I had placed order for meal along which I had taken Zomato Gold membership. But that did not reflect on my account. I had multiple times inquired about the same, against which I received only 1 email stating that they have refunded the amount, but fact is they have not refunded and they stopped responding when asked for the transaction details. I checked my account I have not received any refund from Zomato.
