Dear Sir,
I Biswajit Mohanty from Odisha, due to some problems I had taken loan from CASH BUS, INFINITY CASH, CASH FISH and Flexi Loan App from playstore. Due to necessity of money I am bound to apply from these apps. Their interest rates are very high but due to urgency I had taken loan from them. But these apps are forcing me to pay before due and and threatening me by editing my pictures and send to my contact lists. They provide only 7 days tenure and for Rs. 5,600/- they collect Rs. 8,000/- towards repayment. One of them called Flexi Loan provide me Rs. 12,000/- and collect Rs. 20,000/-. Above Rs. 8,000/- they collect from me. When I am unable to pay in 6 days they called my relatives and message them by way of hacking my contact list. They also used slanged language and misbehaves all my relatives and also they threat womens of my contact list. On 10.06.2022 one of agent msg me in whatsapp and send me node photos of mine with other ladies by editing my face. They harass me for about 1 years. When a provider provides 7 days tenure with high interest rates in my urgency I am helpless and did not paid back the amount to them and bound to apply in other apps from playstore. In google Playstore there is so many types of fraud loan apps are there but no action is taken against them. If I told them I will file compliant before Police and other departments, they said me that no one have power to catch us and no law can finish us. They dont even follow legal rules and regulations provide by RBI and NBFC. So they misuse our privacy and harass so many peoples day by day.
My humble request you please consider my request and take strict legal action to them.
