Hi Flipkart,
Someone hacked my Mail id [email protected] and Flipkart account([email protected]), Next placed orders on 23rd Feb 2022 Morning 3.00AM, They placed Google Play Code Digital Voucher orders in FlipKart, Total Amount 37125(14850+14850+7425).
After that I have blocked all credit cards and change Passwords and updated mail id in Flipkart account as well to secure my accounts.
Transactions Details:-
1) Flipkart Order ID: OD324242048887385000; Order Amount 14,850/-; Transaction ID: VT22050023034330000064; SBI Credit Card : 4377 4860 0510 2908;
2) Flipkart Order ID: OD324242074259177000; Order Amount 7,425/-; Transaction ID: VT22050023011320000142; SBI Credit Card : 4377 4860 0510 2908;
3) Flipkart Order ID: OD324242064717985000; Order Amount 14,850/-; Transaction ID: MT220550198000010017837; RBL Credit Card : 5243 7363 1040 2677;
Third one (Flipkart Order ID: OD324242064717985000) is Not placed in Flipkart, But the Transaction ID I got from RBL bank (MT220550198000010017837) is debited from my credit card.
And Flipkart customer support Executives told the Google Play Vouchers will delivered through registered Mail ID (I checked [email protected] mail and updated new google mail in Flipkart [email protected]) and mobile number only.
But I didn’t receive any vouchers from Flipkart.
My Point:
If the Flipkart transaction from RBL Bank Credit Card (MT220550198000010017837) is maybe any other flipkart account or Hacker’s Flipkart account means we can track him.
If the Google Play voucher information’s are sent to hacker’s mail id and phone number means, we can find out easily.
