Text of Complaint by Laveena Asudaney:

Hello,

It fills my heart with utter disgust to raise in response to the misleading advertisements you put on the website.

The website says the charge for the 40 Mbps / 1 year is 5900. I paid the money on 14th August 2020. However, the receipt of payment got rejected after 14 donkey days giving a stupid reason that this is not a feasible area for connection. After that, I paid once again on 28th August 2020 through a different office because I knew the corrupted officials are bloody lying because my neighbor has the same connection.

Later, on 5 th of September, I received a call by the official saying you will have to give 1200 Rs extra to the operator because this is an operator monopoly. I in my ignorance agreed to that as well. On 6 th to September, the operator himself called my up saying you will have to pay 9000/- in first year for same connection and 7500/- every year post that. These are my service charges. I see this as nothing but sheer exploitation.

I am not disclosing any names here for the confidentiality issues and preparing to approach the consumer court soon. This mail is to notify the organization regarding the unfair trade practices going in the organization and take relevant action as soon as possible.

I lost my job in this span due to misguidance by the officials and misselling practices opted by the organization.

Waiting for some action that serves value to me.

Disgust,
Laveena Asudaney
