My internet stopped on Friday, started on monday evening, stopped again on tuesday morning, started at 11:00 am, stopped at 11:05am and started again at 12:30 am after visiting GTPL office and talking to their lousy employees. I want a refund for the remaining days of my prepaid service anyhow. I only bought GTPL service because i can’t afford other services. Now I will live without broadband for the rest of my life but not use GTPL service.
