Renewed my GTPL broadband plan ~3 months back. I am facing sporadic connection outages since 25th July. I have contacted their customer service so many times but they always say they are looking into it, and after one day they will auto close the request without communicating or confirming with me if the issue is in fact resolved.
I have also sent numerous emails to yoursupport@gtpl.net and appellateauthority.guj@gtpl.net but the response is non-existant.
