Text of Complaint by Fatma Ajmerwala:

Hello Sir/Madam,

Since 3 days I’m facing issue with GTPL broadband Los of signal. Ive called to customer care and sent multiple emails to concern department but I didn’t get any response. Every time I got answer that your complaint is in process.

I’m working from home in Healthcare process and work on phone data. I’ve emailed to GTPL about refund and didn’t get any call or answer.

Please do the needful.
