This is in regards to the GTPL connection we have – 9601468475,
We have paid yearly subscription fees and have not even received proper service for 6 months duration as most of the time connection used to get disconnected due to GTPL technical issues.
Now since yearly subscription has ended GTPL has disconnected our services for 9601468475-
While we were been told that our subscription period would be extended further as issue was from GTPL .
I kindly request you to reconnect my GTPL broadband connection for 6 months and make sure there is no interpretation this time which will excite me to re subscribe GTPL broadband for next year.

Its been 4 months i had paid for 9 months subscription for gtpl internet connection,haven’t received bettr service , internet not working , every month out of 30 days 15 days the internet doesn’t works afeter reaching out to the office the executive defend their engineer saying tichnical team working nearby dp you can check and after going to the location of dp no one is there , they make fool of customer, with fake assurances and ignoring my request continously, call customer care executive asked to visit the office and after hoing tobthe office they asked to raise complainton customer care number
