Subject – regarding financial Franchise fraud complaint against smartsun energy Noiada Delhi
Respected Sir,
my name is nitin ishwarrao zade from gondia maharashtra.i want to inform you regarding franchiser fruad of M/s smartsun energy Noiad dehi.
I have taken a car detailing and polishing franchise from smartsun energy Noida Delhi based company. I saw the advertisement about company through social media facebook in march 2021 then i enquired the same about franchise, after that from company side representive Vartika shrivastav and maharashtra incharge Mr.Arun thakur called me and explained me all details through phone. After understanding all details i decided to do business with them and taken the franchise and paid amont Rs.59000 as to company account through UPI . After that i tride to contact with vartika shrivastv and arun thakur to send the car polishing materal such as liquate , polish material, and vaccum cleaner and many more materail but these person are talking very arrogantly and avoiding my phone calls. Due to this type of behavior and lack of coordination from their side i asked them to cancal the franchise and refund my full amount 59000 to me but not responding my phone call.I am requisting to you please look into this matter urgently and in this Fruad. according to my information other people the entire india are going through this same type of fruad. so pls help me to stop this type of fruad and need to take strong action against them.
