GTPL broadband connection shows NO internet since last 24 hours.
We have recently got the GTPL connection on 15-08-2020 and it just worked for a day and then it shows no internet even though full money is paid for 6 months.
The local support is not responding also a complaint is registered but they said it is some technical issue and can take time upto 3 days but such poor service is not acceptable.
If it is expected from customers to accept such service, then being the service provider can GTPL extend the number of days when no internet is provided. If not then atleast they should learn to provide proper service.
