Hi Team,

I have ordered a study table from Wooden Street on the 4th July and was promised that the product will be delivered within 5 weeks.
This is the 6th week and I still haven’t received the product nor the GST invoice which I need to submit in my office for reimbursement.
I’ve been calling the customer care center everyday since a week and all i hear are false information and fake promised.
Pathetic customer care quality.
The customer care team lead promised to share the GST invoice on 13 Aug and yet I still haven’t received it.
They been giving me very wrong information and also the team lead keeps ignoring my calls.
I’m beyond frustrated with this customer care quality and the wrong information.

I want to sue them for the unprofessional netiquettes they portraited on me.
Kindly take necessary actions against them.
