While placing an order of Laptop from my business account the GST checkbox was greyed out. However, as per the confirmation received from Flipkart’s customer care department it was just a technical glitch which was supposed to be resolved in sometime. They further confirmed that this product that I ordered was eligible for 18% GST Waiver.
I have been following up with them since then it’s been 10 days and getting same replY and they are not providing me with the GST waiver and the correct Invoice instead they are telling me to wait 24 hr which has already Gone
