I have booked majestic le frank oyo 10369 in trivandrum for amount 768 in goibibo. But when i reached hotel they asked me to pay extra 532 rupees. I contacted goibibo and they agreed to pay the difference if i produce gst invoice for 532 extra rupees.
But the hotel is reluctant to give gst invoice bill for 532 rupees They are just providing a hanwritten receipt which does not even have hotel name or details on it.
Please help me get my 532 rupees back and take strict action on the hotel to properly document gst details for the payment received.
I have attached 532 rupees extra amount that i paid along with booking details.
