I met a road accident in Dec 21,2017 and had surgery in January and February on broken leg. I submitted an accidental claim in college(Employer) in April 2018. I took continuous follow-up till Oct 2018 and got to know that money got sanctioned and deposited by Insurance company to college’s account, Now after taking so many follow-up I still didnt get that money. Its been more than 3 years but no positive reply from institute. Please guide what should I do?
