- I ordered from Grofers for items, the item’s price was Rs. 954/-, when I paid online payee deducted 1004/-. I asked the reason, grofers told me Rs. 50/- for delivery person.
They charged extra without any consent of customers like me.
When the delivery boy came, i asked him, Grofers not paid any extra amount to him. Only he gets his salary on 10th of every month.
If grofers charge an extra 50/- per customer, what about its income per day, may be 50K per day for 1000 customers, and this amount is also not shows in bill. It means has not paid any tax also on this amount.
- This is a major income source of Grofers, which is earned through the cheat to the customer.
Please take necessary action against the grofers, because after so many reminders they not refund Rs. 50/-
It was repeated Last year also they cheated for Rs. 75/-
