I am Anish Gandhik, and I am a plus member of flipkart. On June 24th, 2022, I placed a Flipkart order for some groceries. They delivered the items on June 25th, but I discovered that six of them were missing. Delivery agent did fraud with me.I tried contacting the Flipkart helpline, but after 4 days they rejected my refund request without any discussion. No one from the backend team contacted me regarding this issue.I don’t get any assistance from flipkart.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
