Here I wanted to bring your notice that I have made order of grocery from E-Commerce platform Flipchart, but it did not turnup on the date that has been scheduled. I had a call with the customer care, but they are only deferring the date of delivery after assuring that we will deliver on next day by evening. It has been more that 10 days since I have ordered the grocery and without prior informing me, they have cancelled some items from their side that I have ordered. As it is month end, I do not have much money to buy grocery from somewhere else as I have already made the payment. I request you to tell them to compensate me as I have lost my valuable time and have also suffered trauma. As you know we have to make plan in advance, but they deferred many times after addressing the issue, and few times they have dropped the call in between. The E-Commerce platform behave in a manner that we costumer are fool and cannot do anything to bring them on books, so I urge you to please take some serious action so that no other can suffer from such trauma. It is prerequisite to write this as we all consider food as vital essential item for our livelihood.
