This is in reference to the bill charged by Vodafone India for the month of January,2019 amounting to INR1981.22.
When i raised my inquiry with Vodafone customer care centre about the bill generated over an above my regular monthly bill, seems to have no answer to my query.
The executive simply stated that i have used 58 GB extra over and above my limit of 75 GB which was irrational as there was no bifurcation given for the same.
My billing cycle is from 4th to 3rd of every month. And hence I am assuming that on 4th January 2019 i got the 75 GB as per my scheme. (lets not count the roll over data from the month of December- which I am SURE would have been there)
Below sre the full details of the data consumed on daily basis:
4th January 19 – I had received 75gb
14th Jan 19 – I got a message that i have used 50% of my data i.e. 37.5GB
this means that in 10 days I have used 37.5 GB.
17Jan 19- i get a message that 90% of my data has been utilized i.e. 67.5GB.
this means that in 3-4 days i have used around 30GB. (IN 4 DAYS – 30GB)
18 JAN 19 – I receive a message that 100% data has been used i.e. complete 75 GB.
Henceforth, in 1 day 7.5GB data has been used.
Also, 4 GB data has been used extra as per the messages sent to me from Vodafone India. Below is the synopsis of the same.

As per the table mentioned above how can this consumption be so erratic and irrational.
Aside this, on 4th Feb 19 i got 75GB. And by today already 9 Gb has been consumed when I AM SURE THAT I HAVEN’T USED SO MUCH INTERNET as i have been using wifi mostly. Max to max i would have used Whatapp and I’m sure that it won’t consume 9GB data.
Vodafone has been billing me wrongly and that is very unfair and unprofessional.
HOW am i consuming so much data without my knowledge and i am being billed for it too.
Kindly acknowledge the same and take necessary actions required
Otherwise i may have to consider not paying the bill as well as changing my number altogether.
